You can get this wax out of the carpet by using a clothing iron and a towel or clean white cloth. A warm iron and paper towel gets wax out about 90 of it. Turn the iron onto a warm not hot setting with the steam turned off. Place the material over the wax.

Spray the area with a cleaning solution. If it was a colored candle and there is a color stain dampen a clean white cloth with rubbing alcohol and gently begin dab the stain until it lifts. Rinse with a damp. Be careful not to rub the solution into the carpet as this could hurt the fragile fibers.

For pesky colored candle wax wet a white terry cloth towel with a small amount of rubbing alcohol and gently dab the stain until the color is removed. Apply a bag of ice over the candle wax to freeze it. Get a paper bag or paper towel. The paper will begin to absorb the wax and lift it out of your carpet repeat this process with a clean section of the bag or a new bag until all the wax has lifted away.
